Note, The online payment screen gives you two options for entering events at the South Pacific Championships;
1. Enter selected individual events
2. Enter all four Championship events

These options are not mutually exclusive

The amount deducted from your credit card will be the sum of all entry options selected. The payment screen allows you to enter all events individually and together, if you do this your credit card will be deducted $180.00 ($25 + $20 + $25 + $25 + $85).

You must select either one-to-three of the individual events or, 'all four events'. If you select individual events and 'all four events' you will be overcharged. It is your responsibility to ensure that you select the appropriate options for your wants.

Refunds of monies where a member has selected one or more individual events and 'all four events' will be available after the event. Refunds must be applied for in writing to the organising committee care of the VVCC and will incur a $5.00 administration charge.

Refunds will not be available for no shows, refunds will only be available where a member has inadvertantly paid too much and refunds will only be for the sum of the fees for the individual events enterred, members will have been deemed to have entered all four events whether they competed in all four events or not.
